Responsibilities-> Building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes-> Primary responsibility is to the people I manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development-> My role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices-> Responsible for providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they deliver technology solutions-> Guides team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and other engineering practices)-> Identifies skill and role gaps, and works with BSM to address them-> Responsible for design, development, testing & implementation of data integration projects -> Vendor Management - Work with Strategic partners to fulfill the resource gaps and handle escalations-> Involved in Onboarding of new resources in the team.
