Doing Independent site execution in India as well as Globally.Provide Support to Design team for the Automation & electrical drawing review.working knowledge on NR 10 & 12 of Brasilia n standards.To develop / modify / add the new logic in PLC as per the process requirements PLC Make: B&R, Mitsubishi.Develop the screen, tags for the SCADA (GE I Fix) and ensure smooth functioning of the System.Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects. To ensure smooth operation of PLC, SCADA, VFD & Temperature Parameters as per norms in the Plant.Plans, schedules, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work; monitors work for compliance to Pharmaceutical requirements & cGMP standards. Preparation of URS, Ordering of equipment & materials, Receipt, Inspection, Conduct FAT Test, Preparation of DQ, IQ,OQ, & PQ. Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues. Technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions. To diagnose PLC (Mitsubishi, B&R, and Siemens) related breakdowns and troubleshooting. To attend breakdowns and new installations related to SERVO DRIVE / SERVO MOTORS. To ensure calibration of equipments as per ISO standards. Prepare a list of various equipments, machines and systems requiring preventive maintenance and ensure periodic preventive maintenance of these through proper planning and control. Review spare parts consumption and requirements regularly and maintained. Involved in the selection of new project related work i.e. selection of electrical panels, motors, cabling etc. Successfully managing Testing/commissioning /maintenance of various electrical equipment\'s
