My background includes quality assurance, process optimization, equipment maintenance, systems thinking, and continuous improvement with skills I’ve built through both academic training and real-world experience.At Arizona State University, I had the opportunity to learn under leaders like Prof. Teresa Wu, where I explored data-driven decision-making, systems engineering, and process modeling. This exposure helped me build a strong foundation in tools like Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys), SPC, and ERP/QMS systems.I enjoy working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where I can apply analytical thinking to drive efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Whether it\'s reducing defects, improving workflows, or supporting engineering changes, I take pride in delivering measurable results.My interests span a wide range of industrial engineering applications from manufacturing and supply chain to EVs, Equipment maintenance, semiconductors, healthcare systems, and sustainable operations.
