Seasoned Security and Fire Safety professional with extensive experience across corporate security operations, command center management, physical security, loss prevention, and executive protection. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with leading global organizations, contributing to the development of robust security frameworks, incident response mechanisms, and high-performing security teams.My professional journey began with Reliance Industries at the Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat, where I managed Security Command Center operations, security incident response, physical security systems, security automation, and training and development of young officers and security personnel. I also had the privilege of working in Close Proximity Protection and residential security for the Apex family in Mumbai.I later served as Head – Security & Loss Prevention for Reliance Jio Infocomm in Himachal Pradesh, working closely with senior management and government departments to strengthen operational security and risk mitigation.Subsequently, I joined Fidelity Investments as Global Control Room Manager, where I oversaw security command center operations and coordinated security teams across multiple international locations.I further expanded my leadership experience with Marsh McLennan as Deputy Security Manager – India Operations (April 2021 – August 2022), followed by roles with AdaniConnex as Lead Security Coordinator and DLF Limited as AGM – Security Operations.Currently, I am working with Brookfield Properties in Noida as Deputy General Manager – Fire Safety & Security, leading initiatives focused on integrated security operations, fire safety management, risk mitigation, and the development of resilient security ecosystems across large real estate portfolios.I am a team-oriented and delivery-focused professional, committed to building capable teams, strengthening security culture, and taking on greater responsibilities to ensure operational excellence and organizational safety.
