Talent and growth leader with over 25 years of experience as an accomplished CHRO, growing and scaling business.As the Chief Talent Officer at Wipro Limited (global Technology Services and Consulting organization), I am responsible for Talent, Learning and Leadership. I partner with C-suite leaders to design and execute solutions putting people and purpose at the core, enabling growth. I am currently focused on Building Talent Density and architected The Wipro Leadership Institute. The institute drives organisation effectiveness and fosters an AI-powered, skill-based culture. This includes upskilling Wipro\'s associates across 60+ countries on AI and digital technology, human skills and shape mindset for the future. Launched digital learning platforms, AI-powered talent intelligence systems to support a future-ready workforce.Previously, I held multiple leadership roles across global markets (EMEA, APAC, Americas). I have led high impact change initiatives, such as leadership transitions, operating model redesign, and culture, notably steering one of Wipro’s most complex transformation and regional turnaround. Implemented sales acceleration programs increasing productivity, secured strategic ($bn) deal wins, supported new market entry and led M&A and business integrations. During my tenure the team delivered best in class people experience, and consistently ranked No 1 in Top Employer surveys.I remain passionate about the impact of technology on the future of work and regularly speak at industry forums. I serve as Talent and Skilling lead for NASSCOM UK and advise emerging tech startups as a pro bono mentor.
