Deepak has around 17+ years of experience in the Instrumentation field handling engineering, projects, maintenance and Reliability related activities Upstream, Downstream and Integrated Gas plants. He is working as Senior Team Lead in SHELL Chennai. He worked for BLNG asset for RCM work scope as Instrument workstream lead. Worked for Greenfield asset as a discipline lead in Spare recommendations for Instrument and Electrical packages. Supported various SHELL assets, like SPDC Nigeria, QGC upstream, and Midstream assets for RCM-related activities. In his current role is he is also Working as a full-time Reliability engineer for SHELL UK.Previous Experience He worked on projects like Yokogawa DCS upgrade, Triconex TMR PLC for BMS upgrades, Rockwell PLC for Air compressors, MARK VI, and MARK VIe upgrade from MARK IV for Gas turbines. Installation and commissioning of field instruments and implementation of various MOCs. He completed various orifices and control valve sizing as part of MOCs. He worked on the SAP system for MM Module. Participate in Site PHA workshop. Manage Custody meter verification of Gas systems. He worked for the operation and maintenance of Site Utilities like Compressed Instrument air, DM water, Steam turbines, Ammonia compressors for PBR plants, Aux Boilers, Fire water system, HRSG, Gas turbines, Gas Skids.
