Waste-to-Energy Initiatives:* Successfully led the planning, erection, and commissioning of a 200 TPD Sludge Dryer Plant to convert waste sludge into boiler fuel with 75% dryness, reducing coal consumption by 40 MT per day and significantly lowering energy costs:* Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CAPEX projects, including planning, execution, and commissioning.* Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.* Resource Allocation: Efficiently deploy resources, ensuring project milestones are met without compromising quality.* Maintenance Excellence: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to achieve zero mechanical equipment breakdowns.* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote behavioral safety through regular toolbox talks (TBT) and ensure adherence to HSE protocols.* Documentation & Analysis: Maintain comprehensive project records and perform root-cause analyses using fishbone diagrams and why-why analysis methodologies.* SAP Implementation: Lead the effective use of SAP PM and MM.
