I had an incredible opportunity to start my career as a Supply Chain Assistant at LG Chem, in its new unit at Sricity, Tada, Andhra Pradesh. ⏭ Based on the sales forecasting plan, I prepare an estimated production plan for the next three months while considering overstocking risks. ⏭ Co-ordinate with the procurement team to raise purchase orders for the required raw materials.⏭ Follow-up with the sales team to clear long-term inventory products by identifying potential sales opportunities. ⏭ I plan daily production quantities based on customer priorities, urgency, and production efficiency. ⏭ Strategize dispatch quantities across India, ensuring optimal truck placement and multi-point deliveries to reduce costs.⏭ Working closely with the sales team to enhance sales performance and maximize profit margins. ⏭ Monitor both finished goods and raw material inventory to align with the production plan. ⏭ Manage commercial documentation for new customers.
