With over 15 years of experience in project management, planning, and procurement, I am a driven and dynamic leader who oversees the Projects and Services Department at Expertise Contracting Co. Ltd, one of the largest companies in the Kingdom with an annual turnover of SAR 2.5 Billion+. My mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions to our clients, while expanding our market presence and revenue growth. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked across different sectors, such as mechanical, civil, crane maintenance, flare services, and non-metallic piping services. As the Department Manager, I am responsible for the P&L, revenue targets, market analysis, strategic planning, sales activities, and team management of the department. I have successfully headed the growth of the department and took it from SAR 10m to 350m+ annual revenue, managing a workforce of over employees. I have also led and executed multiple projects, such as the Jubail Gas plant, the Yanbu refinery, and the Saudi Aramco plant, using my skills in project management, planning and execution. I have earned multiple certifications in project management fundamentals, project scheduling, and Microsoft Project essential training, which have enhanced my expertise and efficiency in delivering optimal results.
