Independently managed end to end project implementation start from planning to delivery. Also contributed to Monitoring and Evaluation in STAR MHU\'s Project Evaluation in developing research proposal, Literature review, supporting data collection using REDCAP platform and ensured data quality by close monitoring with filed team.Results and achievements * Handled three districts simultaneously with team of 10 medical and para medical professionals * Reached around beneficiaries in 5 months by conducting regular Mobile NCD screening camps, medical camps and awareness sessions at around 30 rural and 10 urban areas covering Chennai, Manapparai and Ramanadapuram.* Implement and monitored the baseline data collection using REDCAP platform. Coordinated the Field team in data collection and ensured data quality. A sample of 1500 data was captured, stored and supported for analysis and reporting.
