As a Network Quality Head at Bharti Airtel, I lead the team responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the company\'s network. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed a strong expertise in 5G NR, O-RAN, RAN planning, and optimization. I hold multiple Ericsson certifications in radio network optimization, IP technology, and radio access networks.In my current role, I oversee the implementation of end-to-end quality KPIs, customer complaint management, and enterprise network management.
