I am working in Unsecured business loan and professional loan department. I am doing credit appraisal for high value cases. Ensuring best turnaround time for taking decision on appraised loan within the guardrails of risk and compliance. Making sure the underwriting process falls under the established guardrails. Monitoring loan utilisation, repayment capacity, loan covenants, and compliance. Approve credit appraisal notes within my approval limit. Managing the portfolio and regularly monitor the trend if any then highlight the trend to supervisor and guide the team to take extra precautions while doing such cases. Work closely with relationship teams, legal teams, field investigation and risk/audit teams, and other internal teams. Lead the post- disbursement of documents and covenantcompliance. Manage the loan process from start to finish. Driving and monitoring a team with the purpose of providing better turnaround time under policy, good portfolio and to provide best service to customers.
