Operation & Maintenance of 4500 TPH CHP consisting of Rock Breakers, Apron Feeders 2250 TPH, Primary Crushers 2250 TPH, Vibrating Grizzly Feeders 1500TPH, Ring Granulators 1500 TPH, Weigh Feeders 1125TPH, Steel Cord belts, DE/DS system, Fire Hydrant System.Having a Pit Head Mine (18 MTPA capacity), daily coordination with Mining team for various works (optimum coal production, safety hazards, Legatrix compliances etc.)Responsible for optimum operation of CHP to meet the generation schedule of main plant.Review & implementation of best operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement and energy conservation.Preparation of monthly shift schedule, receiving coal inventory, dispatched coal quantity, stock yard management & coal bunker level maintaining strategy.Assuring healthiness of equipments/systems by routine monitoring on daily/weekly basis.Preparation of documents and implementation of IMS:Integrated Management System (ISO: 9001, 14001,45001) and EnMS (ISO: of Audit related documents, Conduct regular Troubleshooting. Collect and Analyze data for performance monitoring and further improvement.Preparation of SOP, SMP of equipments and system.Material consumption pattern analysis, optimization,Annual Budget preparation.Analysis for optimum operational output with least power consumption.Execution of annual contracts with service providers for smooth functioning of system.Training, motivational sessions to workers for developing safe work culture and minimizing near miss incidents, man-hour loss. Ensuring good housekeeping at site. Responsible for safe & efficient operation and maintenance of coal handling plant by quick decision making & appropriate actions seas to provide more production as per demand keeping the desired parameters within limit and reduction in break down and bin empty Loss during plant emergency.
