The brief roles and responsibilities here are as– Power sale on exchange by coordinating with traders in different states with complying to all necessary technical & regulatory compliances. Filling of NOAR applications on NOAR portal, getting NOAR registration approved, from concerned states SLDC’s. Applying & obtaining NOCs from different Discom’s, SLDC’s, for sale of power on Power Exchange in concerned states. Bilateral Open access Power Sale in different states by coordinating with different traders and supporting them with all the regulatory compliances for timely sale of power. Also, taking care of timely completion of before and after bilateral power sales activity. Co-ordinating with different government agencies in different states for completion of meter reading/JMR reports, making and timely submission of invoices, uploading the invoices on PRAAPTI portal, co-ordination for timely payment of all concerned invoices with the concerned Discom’s, for all our projects being located at different states of India. Maintaining MIS and presenting to our management for the power sale on exchange and bilateral, Government agencies. Monitor power market trends and prepare summaries on draft, new orders, regulations, and updates. Policy and regulatory support, other supports, to project team, sales team & other verticals team members across the company. To build relationship, coordinate, Liaison, with concerned different government agencies, Associations, Industry bodies, in regard to Policy & Regulatory matters, other Power Sector matters, etc. at central & different States level. Open Access and other charges calculation of different States and Central - Wind/Solar. Filling comments/suggestions, objections on the drafts and discussion papers floated by different government agencies like CERC, MNRE, State Commissions, State Nodal agency, on different matters related to Power Sector.
