To monitor the operation\'s of tunnel and shuttle kilns & maintain all specified parameters.• To maintain shuttle kiln maintenance which involves regular checks and tasks to ensure optimal performance,safety,product quality.• Monitor day to day production and resolve the issue to get maximum output and ensure that the output meet all quality standards.• Prepare and analayze daily,weekly, and monthly performance reports for continuos operational improvement.• Develop,communicate and enforce SOPS within the department.• Drive continuous improvement initatives and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions.• Conduct root cause analyses and implement long term corrective actions.• Refractory inspection and repair : Check for damage, wear or cracks in refractory linings and repair or replace as needed.• Burner maintenance : Clean,inspect and adjust burner to ensure proper air-fuel ratios and efficient combustion.• Kiln car and track maintenance : inspect an lubricate kiln car wheels,tracks and other moving parts to ensure smooth operations.• Temperature control system check : Verify temperature control systems and functioning correctly and calibrate as needed.• Seal and gaskets Inspection : Check kiln door seals,gaskets and other opening of signs of wear or damage and replace as needed.• Fuel system maintenance : inspect and maintain fuel lines,valves and other components to ensure safe and efficient operations.• Provide trainings on kiln operations,loading/unloading procedures and rework processes to workmen.• Promote and implement 5s and Kaizen principles to enhance productivity and quality.• Lead manpower planning,management and team motivation initatives.• Maintain a strong focus on safety,process discipline and team based problem solving.
