Modified and integrated new eKYC flows to support evolving insurer verification requirements, improving compliance and automation. Added support for a new POSV type in the core Mpro system, contributing to product flexibility and partner integration. Conducted log optimization across 6 microservices, resulting in a significant reduction in log costs and improved observability. Provided production support by resolving critical issues, collaborating with QA and DevOps teams, and ensuring system uptime and customer satisfaction.
