As a Talent Acquisition Manager at PHN Technology Pvt Ltd, I lead a team of recruiters who source, screen, and hire talent for various IT and non-IT roles across India and the USA. I collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and deliver quality candidates within tight deadlines. I also design and implement innovative recruitment strategies and best practices to attract and retain diverse and high-performing talent. I have over Nine years of experience in talent acquisition, having previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Innova Solutions, a global technology and business transformation company with over employees and $8 billion in annual revenue. There, I managed multiple recruitment projects for different domains, such as cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity, and successfully filled over 100 plus positions in a year. I also trained and mentored new recruiters and helped them develop their skills and competencies. I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology from Government College of Engineering Karad, where I gained a solid foundation in technical and analytical skills.
