Starting my career in a pre-opening property of so manny group hotels with full enthusiasm helped me learn a lots of things about setting up the hotel, types of things hotel needs, types of candidates a hotel required and many more. Though the working hours and stress and responsibilities are more still I am successful managing my mental peace and positivity in me because being calm is the way towards success. Guest handling is tough, as in new properties it\'s always a experiment and sometimes it fails but still never gave up and had come through it. I love making a guest happy who use to complain. Making feedback negative to positive is my passion.
