   am sharing my new journey as a graduate engineer trainee ( GET) in Victura technologies pvt Ltd. according to me every middle class boy when he is an college and pursuing b tech then he think that after b tech i got a apportunity in a good company as GET role but it is not happened every boy generally. because the job market is very down right now. same case happened in my life today when I write this description the date is 12/01/2026i graduate 2022 July month after that am failed multiple place like bpo, mechanical engineering sector also and am failed government sector also the society my parents my relatives against me when time is passed away but the main thing that I have belive for me. ki Mera bhi waqt aayega so yes thora sa late hi sahi but am happy right now am become part of a reputed company am in. quality assurance department and i gain multiple core mechanical knowledge when it\'s use in quality assurance like vernier caliper,micrometer, weld shop inspection and measure gas flow, air pressure, voltage, amper, gain knowledge of gauges also like plane plugh gauge, third plugh gauge, receiving gauge, bore gauge, cheak penetration report which is use for in depth weld of the part. now the time to talk about victura technologiesfirst of all this is not a company it is a group my seniors is really good and impressive all staff is supportive so am really happy to join this company victura grow exponentially with time right now 28 to 32 plants running their all India after some time victura group become multi national companynow i describe my journey.finished my b tech_2022 Julydont join any job * I gave multiple interviews on that time some time am select and some time am. not select and when am select i can\'t join the organization after that end of 2023 am came financial debts ( krja🥲) so in 2024 March month I join as workshop in Flore superviser role in salery after that i switch and right now am here. best of luck for me.
