I have over 25 years of work experience including over 20 years of experience in the areas of cloud, on premise enterprise applications and remote delivery leadership. I have strong experience in Global Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Leadership, Practice Management, Client Engagement, People Management, and Pre-Sales.My global consulting experience includes both Management Consulting as well as ERP Consulting across wide range of geographies and domains. I have successfully managed projects in multi cultural environments across USA, Australia, Europe, Middle East & India including Public Sector engagements.In my current position, I am responsible for managing ERP Cloud practice at Hyderabad including hiring, onboarding, training and making new hires project ready for ERP Cloud practice at Hyderabad in addition to managing projects and programs in ERP Cloud domains. I am also actively involved in pre-sales activities including estimations and proposal preparations for ERP Cloud Implementations. Additionally, I am playing an active role in building assets to improve project delivery capabilities and bring down delivery cost. I started my career with L&T in Corporate division of L&T Chiyoda and helped in setting up the office in Vadodara. Subsequently, I did a stint with A F Ferguson as a management Consultant. I joined Satyam in 1998 when the Oracle practice in Satyam was in its infancy and contributed significantly in growing and building the Oracle practice in Satyam to one of the India’s largest ERP consulting practices.Subsequently, I joined Oracle Consulting in Jan, 2011 where I have managed multiple engagements with significantly large footprint with team sizes exceeding 25 for many of these projects. I have also driven multiple initiatives while in Oracle towards bringing in innovation and enhancing team morale.In addition, I have contributed significantly in winning large prestigious deals in a pre-sales role. For many of them, I have successfully managed delivery as well, managing P&L and growing the accounts by way of account mining.
