I’ve been with Amazon since 2013, growing from an intern Risk Investigator to leading global training strategy today. Over the last decade, I’ve built my career at the intersection of trust, compliance, and learning, driving programs that scale across regions and deliver measurable impact.I started in Customer Trust Partner Support (CTPS), where I quickly advanced to Sr. Risk Investigator and Deemed Team Lead, managing a team of 15 and protecting customers by preventing bad actors on the platform. In 2016, I followed my passion for learning and moved into the training and started as a Training specialist, i moved into training management in 2020—supporting teams across IN, EU, APAC, and the Americas. Over time, I scaled training programs for employees, delivered global projects, and even drove cost savings of $1.04MM through AML tool optimization.From there, I expanded into Advertising Trust Operations (ATO) in 2021, I advanced to a Sr.Training manager role where I restructured training practices, built new performance metrics, and launched tools to accelerate moderator efficiency worldwide by leading impactful projects that improved the overall training efficiencyIn 2025, I took on my latest challenge with the GSRC team, leading global training strategy and execution.
