Renny Strips Limited is a fully integrated structural products manufacturer, established in 1996 and headquartered in Ludhiana, Punjab. With three integrated manufacturing units, Renny operates an end-to-end production ecosystem of. sustainable finished products, ensuring strong control over quality, cost efficiency, and lead times. The Company operates three furnaces with a total melting capacity of 199,200 TPA, supported by two continuous casting lines and two rolling mills producing MS billets, wire rods, and narrow-width HR coils. A dedicated downstream facility manufactures ERW black and galvanized pipes and tubes, along with a comprehensive range of scaffolding and formwork systems, largely using in-house produced inputs. This deep vertical integration positions Renny among the few Indian manufacturers with end-to-end capabilities across the steel value chain. Renny serves the construction, automotive, water, oil & gas, and fabrication sectors. Its scaffolding and formwork portfolio spans SKUs, reaching customers across 5 continents. Sustainability is central to Renny’s operations. The Company primarily uses steel scrap, accounting for approximately 90% of raw material consumption, positioning its products within the green steel category. Ongoing initiatives include the commissioning of a 22 MW solar power plant and ISO-aligned environmental practices. In FY25, emissions remained significantly below industry benchmarks, enabling carbon credit generation and offering a competitive advantage under the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
