At HomeFirst, my focus has been expanding investor interest in the Company by showcasing superior execution excellence and differentiated business strategy. This helped in ensuring overwhelming investor interest for the equity fund raise of Rs 1,250 cr via QIP in Apr’25. Also, equal efforts are pivoted towards leading the ESG initiatives of the Company to gain a leadership position. Our team\'s efforts culminated in a remarkable post-pandemic turnaround, evidenced by a long-term CARE rating upgrade, highlighting our resilience and strategic agility. Not only did I played pivotal role in two successful rounds of Equity fund raise by Ujjivan SFB (2019 - IPO of Rs cr | 2022 - QIP of Rs 475 cr), but also during the turnaround of the Bank post-covid. My role encompasses a blend of financial planning, crafting investor relations narratives, and steering business planning efforts.
