At Carelon, I lead projects on Generative AI and NLP. I have been involved in projects such as PCWU (Post Call Wrap-Up), a summarisation tool that extracts key patient and healthcare insurance-related information. Currently, I am leading a team of five for a project which involves the creation of Business requirement documents (BRD) and Technical requirement documents (TRD) from legacy SQL queries, which detail different claim instructions. This project is part of a systematic pipeline on the overall CAD project, which is Claims Anomaly Detection.
