   I joined HDFC in 2007 as the Head of Auto Loans & Branch Cross-sell for the Western Zone (Maharashtra and Goa), promoted to Vice President and NR-Sales Head (Domestic) in 2010, and at present serving as Senior Vice President/Head of Savings & Fixed Deposits Product from 2018. I have successfully launched several products in SB and FD, a couple of them in premium variants Presently, I am accountable for the conceptualisation of new liability product offerings and devising portfolio rationalization strategies and initiatives to increase fee, float & profitability for the Liability product offerings. I ensure seamless coordination with various groups like Business Intelligence, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance & Legal for the product execution cycle. I am involved in the oversight of customer segmentation, GTM strategy building, fostering client relationships, and monitoring competitors’ product performance for maintaining the bank’s competitive position. I have been successful in acquiring new customers through the introduction of 2 new enablers - New Acquisition enablers and Value Enablers. I have created several new products which have been well accepted in the market, and contribute a substantial percentage to overall numbers and values. I also contribute to the digitization of the bank’s products through innovation and automation. Furthermore, I aid in the commercialization of various product rollouts, product launches, revenue generation, and new customer acquisition initiatives. Prior to this, I served as VP/NR-Sales Head wherein I was responsible for the business development of the affluent to create new investment and banking opportunities, providing leadership to the network with a strong focus on product and people management, and maximizing sales opportunities by empowering team members.
