Pursuing a career in Construction Management and have been exposed to all three stages of construction; pre-construction, construction, and close-out for the past three and half years and will continue to develop through experience.My experience included but was not limited to; agency approvals, permits and utility applications, project kick off and procurement, reviewing plans, RFI’s, scope writing, scheduling, follow ups, reports, meeting mins, 2-weeks look ahead, coordination between the office and the field, punchlists, and close out. My diverse experience has allowed me to grow a network of subcontractors and obtain Client’s satisfaction with the quality of products delivered. My favorite thing about the construction world, is seeing the project planning take place in real life, walking through the final space with the Client’s big smile because of their new building, and finally all the new connections and friends you make along the way. Personal sneak peak; I enjoy nature, especially the beach and mountain hikes. My favorite sports are; Tennis, Swimming, Volleyball and 5K runs. I enjoy acrylic painting, chuck sketching, interior design & remodeling, making jewelry, visiting museums, reading about history, reading in general, podcasts, traveling the world, and learning about new cultures 🤍
