Achievements in my career :Downgrading of Sql server edition from enterprise to developer in non prod servers.Automating various task such as migration from different version, patching through SCCM. Creating robust reports for operational purposes. Planning and execution of third party monitoring tool and Backup on the entire estate. POC on various new technologies to help organization and application teams. Streamlining and implement security features on current setup with optimum features, Implemmentation of the CIS benchmark in Sql Servers. Automating SQL Server restores using pure snapshot Uat systems of 100 TB / 15 machines up in less than 30 minutes with always on configured.Played a key role in design,implementing hybrid environment of replicating data from on premise to 3 regions of azure using distributed availability group 80TB in 3 regions. Deploying servers in cloud through devops by using git and terraform. Performance tuning and right sizing of Vms in Cloud.Worked on Pure CBS Testing in Azure for spinning up quick dev machines with data and also dedup and compression.Working with vendors, strategizing, Designing and Implementation of new Technologies in existing environments.Cloud Implementation and Strategizing in (Azure) and Migration to cloud solutions (Paas,Iaas etc) using IaaC(Terraform and Pipelines). I have also experience in powershell and terraform scripting.Experience with working with Synpase, DataLake etc. Mange Patching and automation in cloud using automation accounts. Setup Monitoring and alerting using Azure monitor through Log analytics workspace. Creating Auditing for Sql server by Using SPlunk.
