Collaborated with Network ISVs like Cisco to develop the “Informed network routing” product which improves network connectivity from customer branch offices into Microsoft data centers- Managed the network device infrastructure (Routers, Load Balancers) for 300+ Microsoft data centers worldwide hosting M365 services- Worked on an initiative to build an alternate Front End infrastructure to route traffic for services like Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint Online etc to provide high availability for these services- Managed IP address inventory for M365 services and drove efficiencies in the M365 IP address footprint published to customers- Led several automation initiatives to automate routine network device maintenance and configuration reducing -400 man hours each month.
