Deepak has over 40 years of proven and varied experience in Civil/Water, Waste Water Engineering, Chartered Engineer from EC, UK,(C. Eng.), Licensed Grade A -Civil engineer, Qatar and M Tech-Civil from I.I.T, Bombay. He has excellent technical, managerial and interpersonal skills. He is currently working in India with Ceinsys Tech Ltd Nagpur as Vice President.Earlier worked with AJ international Oman as Head -infra,in Muskat, FP Projects Ltd ( Pell Frischmann Ltd UK) as \"Technical Director\", Black & Veatch Ltd. Qatar as a Team Leader- Design. worked as ‘Divisional Director’, Mott MacDonald India–Environment & Infrastructure. Worked as ‘Associate Director’ in Hyder Consulting ME Ltd –Qatar, worked on various water projects In Middle East Countries Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Abu Dhabi etc. IN BV successfully developed and led a back-office team of over 50 engineers/CAD for projects in India, UK, USA, Australia and Singapore. For RUIDP project TCE consulting engineers got excellence award for “Best Infrastructure Design”, Contributed significantly to this project when in TCE. Vast experience in civil and water field -urban infrastructure -water supply system, water treatment, Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage/waste water systems, Sanitation, TSE, Solid Waste, DPRs for Dam, Tunnels and projects (Public-Private Participation). Handled Multi-disciplinary/ Multi cultural teams, resources management, recruitment, performance management, project management, training, Mentoring, quality management, contracts and claims management, Technical, commercial and financial control and performance of projects etc. Associated with many projects funded by various international funding agencies such as World Bank, ADB, AfDB, KFW, DFID, JBIC etc and was Technical Auditor for AfDB for a Project in Nigeria. Well conversant with various water modelling software such as WaterGEMs, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, Info Works, Loop, Branch, Epanet, Synergy, Sewer and so on and also MS office software.
