Highlight of Roles and responsibilities• Develop, implement and manage HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements.• Conduct a “GAP ANALYSIS” identify areas of improvement and define “Road-map” to breach the gap with in a deadline that is practical and reasonable.• Perform Incident investigation/Root cause analysis, initiating corrective / preventive action plan.• Identify and eliminate non-conformities in HSE Management System. Ensure that organizations policies are known, understood and applied by all employees (HSE, Driving, Environment policies).• Assess Risk and Identify & eliminate/mitigate hazards associated with operations. Emergency Response planning.• Review and supervise all HSE work processes and conditions are maintained to ensure they are optimized.• Communicate in a timely manner all findings, concerns and deficiencies to the appropriate management team members and ensure that issues are corrected.• Coordinate & manage 3rd Party / Customer Audits. Conduct Internal Audits and Vendor Audits.• Monitor, review & verify all documents related to HSE, audits and inspections.• Monitor, review and update calibration / testing status of all measuring & critical Equipments.• Ensure compliance to all HSE standards in place and analyze/review non-conformities.• Direct and coordinate preparation, updates, documentation and control of HSE documents.• Impart training on HSE core subjects for developments /improvements to achieve the desire goal.• Supervise and manage all inspections on products and inputs.• Participate in planning & control activities and Conduct Meetings & campaigns. • Perform designated HSE functions as Management representative. Continuously strive for HSE improvements.• Incorporate renewed objectives in HSE Management system. Ensure that each site test its Emergency plans.• Provide other HSE support as needed or requested by the line of business.
