   At Insolare Energy Limited, I serve as an Executive – Supply Chain Management, where I lead the end-to-end procurement of Class A Module Mounting Structure (MMS) materials, including purlins, rafters, connection channels, column posts, and extensions for utility-scale solar projects. I am responsible for preparing comprehensive RFQ comparative analyses and evaluating vendor quotations to ensure both cost efficiency and quality compliance. I have successfully standardized and created over 1,100 ERP item codes, improving material traceability and data integrity across procurement and inventory systems. Utilizing advanced Excel functions and Power BI dashboards, I reconcile Project PCT data with Tally exports to deliver accurate financial insights and performance reports. I also develop interactive Power BI dashboards that monitor procurement progress, dispatch schedules, and payment forecasts in real time, supporting management with actionable data. Additionally, I manage payment forecasting valued at approximately ₹275 crore, ensuring timely fund allocation and vendor coordination across multiple solar projects.
