I am an Assistant Manager at Sonalika, one of India\'s top tractor manufacturers. I am responsible for managing projects from the early design stage (PDS) all the way to the start of mass production (SOP).What I do:Project Leadership: I lead projects from the \"Prototype\" stage to the final \"Production\" stage.Design & Technical Work: I use Siemens NX and Teamcenter (TC) to create and update vehicle designs. I handle all drawing releases, including ECN/EDN and technical specifications.Factory Readiness: I create the rules for how a vehicle is built, including SOP, SPC, and OPM documents.Solving Problems: I work closely with Marketing, Testing, Suppliers, and the Production team to fix any design issues and make sure everything runs smoothly.My Background:Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University.Special Training: Master Certification in CAD/CAM from CTR, Ludhiana.Special Skills: Vehicle Integration and Mechanical Design.I enjoy the challenge of building better machines and I am always looking for new ways to innovate.
