ABOUT DEEPA GIBSON
I build brand content and learning experiences that help people show up with confidence in the digital world — and I genuinely love figuring out how people learn best.I’m currently the Brand Content & myTribe Manager at Tribal Impact, where I lead the ongoing evolution of myTribe Academy. I’ve been building on the strong foundations set by the previous myTribe development team, introducing thoughtful updates and additions that improve the learner experience and make learning feel more relevant, accessible, and human.Alongside myTribe, I lead brand content delivery — bringing together learning, storytelling, and strategy to create content that supports your learning because, learning isn\'t just about reading, it involves videos, guides and audio. My career started in publishing, where I learned the value of accuracy, deadlines, strong storytelling, and attention to detail — skills that still shape how I approach content, learning design, and quality today.Outside of work, I’m the vice chair of the governing body at our local primary school, where I sit on finance and personnel committees, which has strengthened my belief that great learning should be inclusive, empowering, and built with people in mind.I’m naturally curious, always looking for ways to improve things, and happiest when I’m connecting dots across teams, ideas, and formats. You’ll usually find me testing new tools, refining processes, or unwinding at a reformer Pilates class or reading a book! I\'m a big reader and audiobook listener and would love to talk more about what you are currently reading! If it involves learning, content, people, and making a genuine impact — I’m all in.
