   Ownership of products and services in community pharmacy service administration finance space. Management of existing products enhancement projects from initiation to launch and support.• Led a successful migration of Central Pay solution to a consolidated platform with additional quality control (review) steps to ensure accuracy in disbursing several million dollars of payments on the same day to pharmacies daily, maintaining a steady stream of cashflow.• Conceived of and owned a proof-of-concept bulk import and auto matching bank deposits feature, which demonstrated ability to save 2+ hours of finance team members time in each day.• Rolled out transition from physical checks to direct deposits (ACH) enabling the customers to access funds more quickly than traditional paper checks, achieved a win-win by saving 10% time of finance department by removing the hassle of processing physical checks• Analyzed EDI 835 files from various payer (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) companies posted to multiple FTP sites, determined file naming conventions to associate with the right chain code affiliation and COGs account on processing the files, followed with PBMs for missing files, to configure the retrieval process.• Proposed better testing practices for team and successfully generated a buy-in from stakeholders for implementation, including ‘day behind’ payout testing strategy, user testing process guideline, technical help docs, regular defect triaging etc. • Recognized as ‘Going above and beyond – The pride you take in your work is truly inspiring’ by Executive Vice President• Took over and drove development of Office of Inspector General (OIG)/ General Services Administration’s (GSA) SAM feature of Compliance product by creating an SSIS ETL of federal public extracts, building comparison logic identifying if any of pharmacy staff is on the exclusion list, and designing SSRS reports for customers.• Designed mock ups and built prototype for withholdings product.
