Learning Solutions Consultant - Project Coordination @Deluxe

As a subject matter expert(Project Coordination), I am tasked with identifying gaps for knowledge or process improvement. I help design trainings related to processes, Project coordination practices and company\'s proprietary cloud platform. Through this position, I influence project management principles and best practices for subtitle operations and internal tools guiding multiple global project teams. Currently, I am deeply involved in a critical initiative focused on developing formal training modules that revolve around Project Management Principles. These modules, totaling more than 5 and addressing various PM aspects such as risk management and schedule management, as well as internal PM processes and practices, are poised to play a pivotal role in the onboarding and training of new project coordinators for Deluxe Localization on a global scale. Their implementation ensures a seamless integration of these coordinators into our operational workflows.
