I’m an HR professional with over 11 years of experience working across different industries like digital marketing, finance, fitness, and technology. I’ve handled almost every part of HR, from hiring, onboarding, and training to performance management, employee engagement, and building HR policies.Right now, I work as a Senior HR Business Partner at Three Minds Digital. I partner closely with leaders to make sure our HR strategies support business goals. I’ve helped reduce hiring time, improved team collaboration through training programs, and made many HR processes more efficient with the help of HR tools and dashboards.In the past, I’ve also set up HR systems from scratch in growing companies, worked directly with CEOs, and supported leadership teams to solve people-related challenges. I’ve always focused on creating a positive work culture and making employees feel heard and supported.I recently completed an HR program at IIM Indore to strengthen my strategic thinking. I also enjoy using new tools like ChatGPT and other AI apps to save time and be more creative in HR work, like making internal content and improving communication.In short, I’m someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and making HR simple, practical, and people friendly.
