Increasing data volume in Tier 1 cities to optimise data conversion- Cost Management- Negotiation with the Vendors for reducing CPL, Increasing the appointment percentage to decrease the CPA- New Partner Empanelment- Data Procurement fullfilling - City-wise target achievement, MOM for all cities- Clearing all invoices maximum within 3 months, and collecting No dues for every quarter- Invoicing, Agreement, Quarterly No Dues, Giving regular feedback to call center and all vendor related sending MIS as per time lines specified- Due Diligence format, Requirement from Governance team to be fulfilled, Approving all the creatives and filling as per IRDA requirement.
