Personally I describe myself as a creative soul wandering to make meaning and generate a positive impact.Being an inherently creative person and a continuous learner, I totally enjoy my role leading Talent development specialist and an HR professional. I currently lead the Talent Management function across SE Asian and Africa regions (India, AME, China, Singapore). Over the years, I have progressively gained experience in various HR areas spanning Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Succession & Talent Planning, Assessments, Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management and Organization development.I work closely with diverse business resource groups - Lakshya Women Reach, ABLED (for PwD), Rainbow which has shaped me to be inclusive and nurture an environment where everyone belongs and thrives as \'who they are\'.My consulting and corporate experience together have given me a varied industrial exposure across geographies in Manufacturing, IT/ITES, irrigation, Global Innovation Centers (GIC), Financial and Sales & Marketing.
