I’m excited to step into my role as Head of Engineering, bringing over 9 years of experience in building and scaling technology solutions. Previously, I worked as an Engineering Lead, where I designed scalable applications and led cross-functional teams of 17+ engineers. My expertise spans React.js, Flutter, Node.js, AWS, and QA, along with a growing focus on AI-driven systems, including AI agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain. I’ve been actively working on integrating intelligent workflows and building systems that leverage LLMs for real-world applications. I have implemented scalable AWS infrastructures achieving 99.9% uptime, while also improving delivery efficiency and optimizing costs across multiple projects. My strengths include technical hiring, stakeholder management, and driving innovation to solve complex challenges. I’m passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, especially in AI, and mentoring teams to build impactful, future-ready solutions. My goal is to contribute to transformative products that combine engineering excellence with intelligent automation.
