   Responsible for the complete admin related tasks Acted as the in-house accounts person, receiving cash from Clients and delivering cash to both external and internal vendors, maintaining the in-house ledger sheet, which will be shared to the Accounts Team at EOM. Updating the CRM and related activities of the same Heavy coordination with the external artists, companies for smooth flow of work, both depending on the events and to update on the list of events at EOM. Provide the financial insight into the events which had occurred or yet to occur for easier understanding of the event & smoother coordination with the client. Handled the complete production of series of videos for the creation of a brand, which includes being part of the brain storming session, coordination with the AV team and the designer team, artist management before and on the day of the shoot, payment related duties for the artists and timely delivery of the end visual product for the event /brand creation. Acted as the face of the brand at Expo and other external events, in charge of the stall and generating leads. Was the only POC for the event organisers and our brand, managing the end to end communication and deliverables. Coordinate with the rest of our team, and assist them to achieve their deliverables, if necessary.
