ABOUT DEEPA KAUR

I am currently pursuing my MBA at Amity University Bangalore in Human Resource Management and Finance. I have gained hands-on work experience of 1.5 years in HR domain. I have handled end-to-end recruitment and Employee Engagement. As a Recruitment Coordinator- at Aaviah People\'s Network Company,I was responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles and industries, using multiple platforms and tools. I also maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. I have a strong academic background in Finance and HR, having graduated from REVA University with a B.Com Honours degree in Aug 2023. I have also completed several online courses and certifications in corporate communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills, which have enhanced my verbal and written abilities, as well as my analytical and logical reasoning. I am passionate about learning new things and exploring new challenges, and I aspire to become a successful HR professional.
