With over 20 years of experience in IT, I bring deep expertise across PaaS infrastructure design, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SWE-SRE), spanning industries such as e-commerce, investment banking, and telecommunications. At Microsoft, I lead two high-impact SWE-SRE teams supporting Azure Host Networking and Azure OpenAI, with end-to-end accountability for service reliability, incident response, and engineering quality. I also lead the AI v-team at the IDC level and own Quality and Change Management KPIs across both domains, driving operational excellence and measurable impact.My recent work includes designing and delivering large-scale AI-driven triage systems that autonomously resolve a significant portion of incidents and have materially reduced Time-in-Queue for Sev2 tickets. These systems have also been integrated with fleet-wide monitoring platforms to enable proactive, always-on scenario detection and resolution. Additionally, I’ve scaled triage operations to handle thousands of requests daily, streamlining workflows and reducing escalation overhead.Previously, I served as Operations Lead for a 32-member team delivering an in-house “Platform & Logging as a Service” solution across on-prem and cloud environments. I’ve also spent 5+ years onsite in London, Singapore, and Melbourne in client-facing roles involving vendor management and resource leadership.As an experienced SRE and Operations Architect, I’ve delivered centralized observability platforms, license and capacity consolidation strategies, and detailed designs for over 20 large-scale PaaS environments. My work is grounded in ITIL-aligned practices and agile methodologies, with SME-level expertise in troubleshooting distributed systems, cloud-native platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and enterprise application stacks (Java, Node.js, WebLogic).
