I am currently working as Senior Consultant Scrum Master for the Digital Transformation Technology team for a Telecom client- I do the grooming sessions with the business to get the stories for the Business Self service Portal features in a ready to develop status, This enables the team to deliver the features with Business priority and to increase the customer satisfaction and value. The team has a good Sprint backlog to prioritize the stories- I conduct the daily scrum calls with my 3 scrum teams working on key functional areas. I work with the architects, onsite, offshore, test and devops leads across the API, UI, QA, Infra and external teams to unblock the development team. I also get the right Technical stories in the backlog to enable the delivery of the optimal quality solution, also to keep in par with the new updates- I work with the production support team to resolve and new defect fixes, the technical debts, vulnerabilities addressed, on time.
