In my previous role, I undertook a significant initiative to improve the user interface of the CRM portal dashboard. I utilized Bootstrap-3, TypeScript, and Angular-7 to modernize the UI, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. Moreover, I successfully decoupled tightly coupled files, optimizing the existing codebase for enhanced maintainability and performance.One of my key accomplishments was the development of a dedicated page for integrating different applications. This not only streamlined the integration process but also improved overall system functionality. Working extensively with REST APIs, I demonstrated my ability to design and implement robust communication channels between different components.In addition to my technical skills, I have a solid foundation in backend development, having created APIs for messaging and notification functionalities. This experience allowed me to contribute to the development of a comprehensive and efficient communication system within the CRM platform.
