Lead and supervise the design of well servicing equipment, including calculations, analysis, engineering modeling, and drafting, ensuring all designs meet technical specifications and customer requirements.•⁠ ⁠Manage CAPEX projects totaling over CAD 15 million, including Twin Engine Frac Pumping Units, Chemical Vans, Dry Chemical Additive Units, Iron Trailer Units, and Pump House Tractors.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate, review, and approve the work of mechanical designers to produce detailed schematics, fabrication, and assembly drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/PDFs), ensuring design control and verification are rigorously applied across outputs such as piping, welding, FEA, and stress analysis.•⁠ ⁠Drive continuous improvement in new and existing products by developing risk analysis documents for piping systems, detailed design review documents explaining key engineering decisions, and test procedures/methods for verification and validation to ensure all projects meet customer requirements and operational standards.•⁠ ⁠Incorporate field crew feedback, from minor modifications, such as adding mechanical gauge spots, to major equipment replacements, as part of an ongoing continuous improvement process.•⁠ ⁠Provide engineering support to internal departments including Sales, Parts Sales, and Service, especially for root cause analysis of equipment/product failures during servicing, including preparation of detailed scope and labor estimation reports.•⁠ ⁠Coordinate engineering activities with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, consultants, senior management, and other NOV organizations, ensuring customer requirements are fully captured and positive outcomes are achieved during Customer Acceptance Tests.•⁠ ⁠Review and analyze contracts and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project and design specifications.
