My overall responsibilities related to the acquisition of properties for all formats of Reliance Retail in the Northeast region- Fully responsible and accountable for searching for new channel partners and generating leads for new stores- Handling the registration and execution of LOI, Lease Deeds,Term Sheets, Site Data Reports, Fund Requests, and manage both Daily and Monthly MIS documentation- Actively chasing up with landlords to ensure they fulfill their scope of work and troubleshoot any issues that may arise- Additionally, help initiate payments for Security Deposits, Registration & Stamp Duty, Legal fees, Power Load Security Deposits, and rentals- Collaboratively working with a team to ensure that landlords proceed with the smooth handover of their sites and manage other system-related activities- facilitate landlords in coordination with our site engineers to ensure accurate measurements and site layout planning.
