About Deep Patel
I\'m a Final year student at IIT J, studying Computer Science and Engineering \'24, and I\'m passionate about Next generating Sequencing and I like to find and analyse the pattern of complex datasets.I am currently working in the domain of single-cell analysis and trying to develop an analogy between repeats and sc-RNA data. I\'m particularly interested to find the complex patterns of the transcriptional regulatory elements and explore the different pathways associated with them (with the help of deep learning).I\'m also interested to developed software related to algorithmic analysis and pipeline development for the analysis of NGS datasets.Currently, I\'m looking for undergraduate research internships in the domain of computational biology and informatics and I also wish to explore system biology, computational approaches for drug discovery and Evolutionary Biology.Shortly,(by the end of oct) I will post my blog where I can post about my interesting articles, about my journing in this domain and many moreContact: d•••••@iitj.ac.in
