   Verify with the clients that they understand the program, the services the company provides, verify payment dates and contact information, and requirements for the program during the Welcome Call.Gather all necessary documents required for consolidations, recertifications, repayment planrequests/changes, rehabilitation, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, Disability Discharge, and any otherimportant documents from clients.Enroll clients in loan rehabilitation programs, submit consolidations or repayment plan requests, submit PSLF forms to Fedloans, submit Disability Discharge paperwork, and verify with lenders that everything was received and approved.Once approved, touch base with clients to give them log in information, any due dates, and status updates.
