Primary Role involves:1.Provide Level 2 Support to Global External and Internal users of the Single Dealer Platform JP Morgan Markets eXecute over Desktop,Web and Mobile platforms and throughout lifecycle of the trade2. Investigate Unavailability of Firm Pricing on Instruments including Spots, FWDs, NDFs, Options and Algo Orders on numerous currency pairs including G10s, EMs, Bullion and Precious Metals across JPMM eXecute and vendor platforms including FxALL,360T and Currenex3.Investigate Rejection of Auto Pricing of the trades executed on the Vendor and JPMM platform and identify discrepancies in manual pricing of these trades by navigating on UNIX Hosts4.Check for Solace Disconnections / Client timeouts on Incorrect and Unacknowledged Trade Execution Statuses and user accessibility to eXecute over Mobile and Desktop Platform5. Investigate Discrepancies in Post Trade Operations including Trade Aggregation for many external clients that mainly include hedge funds6. Investigate System Health incidents such as low memory and long running and failed processes on Linux hosts7. Isolate Noise versus Genuine Alerts in Geneos and liaise with development teams to eliminate/ minimise them8. Set up Dashboards / Mail alerts in Splunk to assist in investigating frequently occurring incidents9.Querying KDB+ to analyse trends in publishing of bid/ask prices to detect any breaks in Pricing of the trade10. Diagnose Discrepancies in delivery of Client Trade Notification over email, sms and voice and Algo TCA reports11. Participation in DR Testing and Deploy Changes via Dos BAT Script to UAT, Pre- Prod and Production EnvironmentsProjects and Achievements:1. Create Splunk dashboard to aid in investigating queries related to Post Trade Aggregation2. Worked to enhance threshold limit on captured images to improve image quality of user snapshots of their trade tickets and blotter3. Onboarded BWIC offering on listed Securities to JPMM eXecute
