1.Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and submittals of material, labour, and equipment for Division 8 (Doors, Windows, and Hardware) based on specifications, blueprints, quotations, building codes, and contract documents.2.Utilize estimating and bidding software to prepare tenders; assist in the tendering process and documentation.3.Finalize project costs and alternates, verify subcontractor scopes and pricing, analyze risks to maximize tender-winning probability, and conduct stakeholder negotiations to resolve bid-related questions.4.Implement effective cost monitoring and control systems across the project lifecycle; maintain detailed reporting for accurate project tracking and deliverables.5.Identify potential construction schedule conflicts and propose solutions aligned with budget, schedule, and specifications.6.Coordinate and document deliverables internally to ensure timely availability of materials, labour, and equipment as per project schedules.6.Maintain effective document control by managing submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.7.Prepare and track change orders and purchase orders, ensuring adherence to project budgets.8.Liaise and coordinate with subtrades, contractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, manage procurement, and ensure timely material delivery.9.Build and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subtrades, general contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure clear and consistent communication.10.Assist in the preparation of As-Built drawings and construction progress schedules for ongoing projects.
